Cinema XX

.
A metaverse founded by Philip Rosedale in 2003, Second Life is a free society game that lets its users incarnate various avatars in a world created by the residents themselves. As opposed to what you might believe, Second Life has largely evolved and is still brimming over with life and surprises. Soon inhabited by some 800’000 players, they live happily between role plays, historical and architectural explorations, fetishes, sex galore and contemporary art exhibitions. For example, BURN2 is the extension of the famous Burning Man festival, the big annual artistic encounter in the Nevada desert.

This year, the Festival is implanting its Cinema XX on Second Life. As of 18th January, you can visit our virtual theater from home to peruse the program of animated films for adults. You don’t know how to get there? The Festival website icons and Cetusss will be your guides every day from 18:00 to 21:00 during the week and from 16:00 to 21:00 on the weekend at the Maison des Arts du Grütli ground floor. For the length of a screening, teleport yourselves to explore your second life in the four corners of this magical metaverse.
