Cette recherche-performance explore la relation affective à la nourriture par l’ingestion d’aliments sans recours aux mains. Courgettes encore enracinées, gâteaux, pâtes ou appâts à mouches deviennent les supports d’une expérimentation corporelle où la réussite importe autant que l’échec. Le geste, volontairement grotesque et dérangeant, interroge les normes sociales du manger et met en lumière la dimension émotionnelle de l’alimentation. Entre clownesque, malaise et vulnérabilité, le dispositif révèle comment l’acte alimentaire peut devenir un espace performatif de mise en jeu des tensions intimes.

This performance-based research explores the affective relationship to food through the ingestion of various items without the use of hands. Zucchinis still rooted in the soil, cakes, pasta or fly bait serve as the material of a bodily experiment where failure is as meaningful as success. By embracing the grotesque and the unsettling, the work challenges social norms of eating and highlights the emotional charge embedded in acts of consumption. Situated between clownish humor, discomfort, and vulnerability, the practice frames eating as a performative space for negotiating inner tensions.
